My passion for journalism burns bright with every story I tell. For me, it’s not just about writing — it’s about sparking curiosity, inspiring thought, and connecting people through truth. Every article is a chance to dig deeper, to uncover what matters, and to share it in a way that genuinely moves readers. I believe knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we have, and I’m driven to empower others with it — to help them see the world more clearly and think more critically. Journalism, for me, is an ongoing adventure: a pursuit of truth, transparency, and impact. And I’m proud to be part of that journey.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience across a range of journalism disciplines, from writing to visual news production. In January 2025, I spent a week with ITN at Channel 5 News, where I contributed to VTs covering the Stockport murder trial and the second inauguration of Donald Trump. I also interviewed Idit Ohel, whose son Alon was held hostage by Hamas for two years.

Later, I worked with Newsquest at the Isle of Wight County Press and the Hampshire Chronicle, writing stories on local issues including historical missing person cases, protests over rising energy bills affecting the elderly, and the closure of a rehabilitation home.

I graduated from the University of Winchester in 2025 with a first-class honours degree in Journalism and BJTC accreditation, finishing at the top of my class. During my studies, I worked on a range of investigative and feature projects, including a documentary examining the disappearance of Georgina Gharsallah and the internal failings within the police investigation. I also produced pieces exploring the stigma faced by young people living with seizures and the ongoing conversation around women’s safety.

Alongside my coursework, I regularly wrote for the University of Winchester’s student newspaper, focusing mainly on commentary and analysis. My articles covered topics such as how UK euthanasia laws may be considered discriminatory, how the disappearance of Shannon Matthews exposed class tensions in Britain, and how society has grown increasingly desensitized to war.
